January 7, 2016Some couples I get the chance to work with have a love so deep for one another you can actually feel it in their presence. Perfect example: Lindsay and Jake. I’ve been blessed to call Lindsay my friend and “little sister” since my sophomore year of college, so I knew it would be a joy to help her execute the perfect wedding day. What I didn’t know right away was how much I would LOVE getting to know her and Jake as a couple. When catching up just the other day, I couldn’t help but feel giddy for the newlyweds as they basked in each other’s friendship and love. They had a gorgeous wedding, and I know they will share a beautiful life together! Take a peek at their day, captured perfectly by Jordan of Jordan Emmitt Photography (who, by the way, is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet)!
Lindsay and her bridesmaids got ready at the Dr. Phillips House within the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne, where the ceremony and reception would both take place.
I absolutely love these photos of their first look! Jake’s face as he sees his bride for the first time says it all 🙂
As Lindsay walked down the aisle, she had a family friend playing with a string quartet. It was a stunning ceremony!
Blue Ribbon Floral provided the gorgeous flowers that brought such a soft feel to their reception. We loved putting them together with all the gold touches throughout the venue!
I love creating new wedding signs for each unique bride! They are so fun to customize with fonts.
After pictures and cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a free-flowing buffet provided by Millenia Catering and entertainment/dancing by Our DJ Rocks! It was a perfect celebration for Lindsay and Jake.
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Steuer!
